Access Fees for Oregon OJCIN System Coming Soon

As of September 1st, 2017, the Oregon Judicial Department will be implementing new access fees for commercial use of the Oregon Judicial Case Information Network (OJCIN), via the OECI/Odyssey online platform.

For all business entities there will be a one-time, non-refundable fee of $150 to establish a primary account. Monthly subscription fees for individual user logins attached to the primary account will vary, depending on the size and type of the business entity holding the primary account.

While the user subscription fee amounts remain subject to change before September 1st, they will range from $40 a month + $10 per user login for solo legal practitioners, to $215 a month + $10 per user login for large title companies.

Consumers of Oregon case information can, of course, avoid all of the subscription and user profile fees detailed above via the CourtTrax interface, which provides real-time, direct access to Oregon case data on a non-subscription, transactional basis.
