Failure to Launch

Every once in a while, because you are too busy, typing too fast, or maybe just hit enter too quickly, you fail to log on correctly to CourtTrax, but instead get the dreaded Authorization Failed screen. Not to worry, a second or third try will get you in to the system.

However, if you fail on your fourth attempt to log on, CourtTrax automatically suspends your account. This is a system security feature used to protect you from having your account hacked and used without your authorization. The CourtTrax system administrator will be warned that your account is suspended, and a CourtTrax Customer Services Rep will be contacting you. Our Customer Care group will verify that it was you who failed to log on and will re-set your account so you can log on.



CourtTrax expands to serve law firms

August 1st, 2006 was a milestone date for us here at CourtTrax. Until then, we were restricted from providing court information services to the Legal Market, because of a Non-Compete clause in our 2002 software development contract with Thomson Legal and Regulatory Applications, Inc. Well, the Non-Compete has expired!

We now have a increasing number of attorneys using our services and helping us grow. Lawyers and law firm personnel now have a chance to sign up for a free trial account and find out why thousands of users in the insurance, Banking, investigation and background screening industries have already switched to CourtTrax.

Our law firm customers tell us they love the speed and efficiency of CourtTrax as well as our competitive pricing; in most cases our prices are about half as much as the gorilla companies who compete against us.

Our 100% browser-based service is also well-received by the law firm IT administrators who no longer have to install and update application software.

David Nelson joins us as Senior Account Manager
