It's Your Search, Call It What You Will!

When entering a search, any results that are returned will carry with a system-generated title. If that naming scheme doesn't work for you, or it's just more convenient to use titles that are more aligned with your internal processes, this is a reminder that each time you start a search, you can enter a search title of your choosing in the Search Title field. Any future reference to that search will carry the title you have chosen. Just look for the Search Title field at the top of your screen and enter your chosen title before performing your search.

The advent of Spring means many things to us -- a break in the weather (hopefully), the beginning of another successful season for our Mariners (again, hopefully), and most importantly, it's the time when business really starts to pick up and the need for qualified, reliable employees becomes ever more critical. Although it may sometimes seem like there is never enough time and never enough good prospective employees, the one thing you should be sure to carve out a moment or two for is that all-important step in the hiring process, the criminal background check.

That's where Iris Express comes in. The few seconds it takes to screen applicants for any criminal history using Iris Express could be the most important part of your candidate evaluation. Iris Express provides you with the information you need to ensure that the decisions you make when hiring are decisions that will help your company prosper and grow.

Click on Search, then Express Criminal Records, to access IRIS Express.
