CourtTrax Customer Survey Follow-up

Our wholehearted thanks to all of you who helped make our first on-line customer survey such a sucess!

But with so much positive feedback, we've only added two minor suggestions to the "wish list" -- a toll free number and a list of all the counties and courts with phone numbers. We have added the toll-free number, and are working on the reference list, but is that it? Is our product that perfect? Keep those suggestions coming in!

Help is Free!

Based on your suggestions, CourtTrax recently added a toll free number to contact us -- (866) 643-7084. Need Help? Need to add a new user to your account? Give us a call on our toll free number. We are ready to help!

New Search Technology

With the Oregon implementation, we've launched the implementation of our new proprietary WideNetSearch™ Technology. WideNetSearch™ helpss you find the information you need to make a decision by utilizing CourtTrax's intelligent search methodology. We are very proud of this leap in search capability because it provides fast, accurate and complete information specific to your business. It's a quantum leap in data retrieval ability and in search time and effort over a competitive product and OJIN itself.

CourtTrax Expands Service to Oregon

Now you can use IRIS to search Oregon's Appellate courts which decide matters appealed from the Circuit Courts, Tax Courts that decide matters pertaining to taxes, and Circuit/District courts that are now combined into just a Circuit Court. These courts handle major civil, criminal, and domestic relations cases, such as divorces and abuse prevention, probate, and small claims.

The court system in Oregon serves a statewide population of 3,594,586 (per 2004 US Census estimates). The trial courts handle in excess of 646,000 cases a year.

We're the first commercial supplier to have access to the Oregon Judicial Information Network's new high speed VPN connection. This connection provides the fastest available data delivery and most up-to-date data possible.
