CourtTrax offers Series A Preferred Stock

Today we announced a Series A Preferred Stock offering targeting to raise $1.5 million. Proceeds will be used to deploy the CourtTrax court information search services into an additional 30 courts systems nationally and to expand the sales and marketing efforts surrounding these new markets.

Term sheets for the Series A round are available to accredited investors upon request from Investor Relations (investor_relations@courttrax.com)
