You can launch a search and immediately begin composing another search
using the Dispatch and Resume feature. It's easy to use and saves
time when you're running multiple searches.
To use it, just fill out the search form, then before you submit it, click
the "Dispatch and Resume" box, located directly below the Submit Button.
Then when you submit the form, you get a new search form instead of being
taken to the search results, and you can run any number of new searches
while the CourtTrax search engine works quietly behind the scenes to
complete them.
When each search is completed, the results are placed in your Saved Search
Reports. Just hit the Refresh List link to see which searches have
finished.
So, when you're in a hurry and have multiple searches to
complete, give Dispatch and Resume a try!
CourtTrax offers access to the Federal Bankruptcy Courts
We've expanded our services to include access to the Washington
State Western and Eastern District Bankruptcy courts.
Now you can search the bankruptcy courts for a person or business name,
much like you already could for Washington State Superior, District and
Municipal courts.
Whenever possible, the Name Report will include the disposition of the
case as part of the index, saving you the time and expense of retrieving
the case summary just to find that the case is closed.
You can also get Bankruptcy Case Summary reports, which give you a
complete summary of a case without going into individual docket filings,
status report, and other details you might not need. (You can find the
complete list of included fields in the Help File.)
Pricing
Both the Name Search and the Case Summary Reports are available at an
Introductory Price of 50 cents per search.
Future Enhancements
Soon you'll be able to customize Case Detail Reports to your needs, using
any combination of the twelve sections of a Bankruptcy case filing.
We also have full access to the Federal District Courts and the Federal
Names Index coming soon.
