Clues: Case Types for District and Municipal Non-Civil cases

Case type titles used by the District or Municipal courts for non-civil cases are often not very helpful. Criminal Non-Traffic, Criminal Traffic, Infraction Non Traffic, Infraction Traffic, Criminal Felony and Probable Cause- what do these mean? The detailed court record for each case provides a specific case type, but this information is only available if you retrieve the detailed record. CourtTrax has compiled examples of specific charges associated with each of these case types, from actual case data. For example, a Criminal Traffic case type can be a charge of Reckless Driving or Driving Under the Influence (DUI).
