December 06, 2009 Focus your search results with sorting!We are excited to announce a new feature that we are progressively rolling out to each State within our coverage: Search Result Sorting. Now, after
you have performed a Name Search using CourtTrax, you can sort your results by any criteria relevant to you; whether it be by Name, Birth Date, Date
Of Filing, or any other point of data made available by the court. With sorting, you can forgo having to scan through a long list of search results
for those key cases you desire, and instead bring your search into focus.

August 10, 2009 The Power Of The CommaDid you know that you can search multiple cases with a single click? When conducting a Case or Judgment number search, try entering in more than one case number, separated by a comma and a space (i.e. 09-2-01235-6, 09-3-04126-3, etc.) CourtTrax will initiate a search for each case, and all will appear as separate entries on your Saved Searches report once they individually complete. More data with less time and effort. That's what CourtTrax is all about! August 09, 2009 One Click Only, Please!When reviewing the results of a Name Search in CourtTrax, make sure you are clicking desired Case Number links only once! Case data is retrieved from the court once for each click of a case link; double-clicks can accidentally lead to double-billings. August 08, 2009 Name SortingTired of looking through 1000 cases to find what you are looking for? CourtTrax will soon have the ability to sort your name searches in several ways, easing the burden of finding the case(s) you need. This will be launched initially in the Federal Courts, with our available state courts following shortly thereafter. August 07, 2009 On The Horizon - Sunny CaliforniaCourtTrax will soon be offering access to 16 counties in California. One big advantage with CourtTrax is the ability to search all 16 available counties with multiple case types at the same time. We will let you know as soon as we make this new state available. August 06, 2009 You asked for it you got it! "Sticky" Cost Allocation FieldTired of entering the same Client/Matter Number over and over again in the CourtTrax search interface? CourtTrax is pleased to announce that we now offer a "sticky" Client/Matter (Claim #, File #, etc.). What does that mean? It means you can enter the data once and it will remain in the field for 60 minutes, or until changed. We will send a confirmation once it's been activated. August 04, 2009 CourtTrax Gets Serious About DocumentsWe are pleased to announce that you may now order documents in Washington and Oregon directly from the Case Detail Report! The new ordering process
saves you time by allowing you to see a list of all potential documents related to cases within the case detail report. From the list of documents you
select the ones you need and click "Order Documents." All in one easy step! No more faxing, phoning, or visiting multiple websites in order to
fulfill your document needs. Keep your eyes open for this new functionality as it rolls out to other states over the summer!
